Data Retention, Deletion and Export

Default retention

These periods are product defaults, not figures GDPR prescribes. Expired conversations and leads are deleted every night.
Deleting
- One conversation: Conversations → open it → Delete.
- One lead: Leads → the lead → Delete.
- One visitor's data: Settings → Privacy & data → Visitor requests: find by email or phone, then delete their leads and the conversations they came from.
- One agent: the agent's Install tab → Delete agent, or All agents → the agent's menu → Delete agent. It stops at once and frees its place on the plan; its knowledge, conversations and leads are deleted after 30 days.
- The whole account: Settings & Billing → Delete account. The agent stops at once; everything is deleted after 30 days.
Deleted data leaves backups as they expire [backup retention: confirm with Supabase plan, e.g. 7 days]. Data sent to the AI provider is kept by it only as its terms allow [confirm].
Exporting
- Everything: Settings → Privacy & data → Export all data (JSON: organization, agents, settings, knowledge, conversations with messages, leads).
- Leads: Leads → Export CSV (the leads of the agent chosen in the sidebar).
- One visitor's data: Visitor requests → Export.
