The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you (the business that creates an Agentik account, "Customer") and [Company legal name] ("Agentik"). By creating an account you accept them, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

The service

Agentik reads the public pages of a website you are entitled to use, builds a knowledge base from them and from what you add, and provides an AI chat agent that answers your website visitors, together with a dashboard, an embeddable widget and related features. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your responsibilities

  • Only scan websites and add content you are entitled to use.
  • Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
  • Tell your website visitors about the chat in your own privacy policy, and link it in the widget (Settings → Privacy & data).
  • Do not use the service for unlawful content, to process special categories of personal data through the chat, or to mislead people about talking to an AI.
  • Check important answers: the agent answers from your knowledge, and AI can make mistakes.

AI output

The agent's answers are generated automatically from your knowledge and instructions. You decide what your agent knows and says. Agentik does not guarantee that answers are complete or correct.

Plans, fees and limits

Plans, prices and usage limits are shown in the app. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. [Payment terms, taxes, refunds and cancellation to be completed when billing launches.]

Data

Your data stays yours. We process your website visitors' data as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes that reduce what your plan includes.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. You may delete your account at any time; data is deleted as described in the Data Retention, Deletion and Export policy.

Liability
