What counts, in plain words.
- An answerOne reply by your agent to a visitor's message. A visitor who asks five questions uses five answers.
- A conversationOne visitor's chat on your site. If they come back later, that is a new conversation.
- A pageOne page of your website that the agent has read. Questions and answers you add count as sources, not pages.
When a plan's answers or conversations for the month are used up, the agent stops answering until the next month or an upgrade. You see your usage in the app at all times.

Questions about plans and payment.
Is there a free trial?
There is a free plan instead: build and test your agent with 30 answers a month, for as long as you like, with no card. When you want the chat on your website, choose Starter.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Your agent stops answering until the next month starts or you upgrade. You see your usage in the app at all times. Nothing is charged automatically beyond your plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, in Settings & Billing. Upgrades apply at once. A cancellation or downgrade applies from the next billing month; you keep what you paid for until then.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly. Payments are processed by Monri; your card details never touch our servers. You get an invoice by email for every payment.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added according to your country and whether you buy as a business; it is shown before you pay.
My website has more pages than my plan allows. What happens?
The agent reads the most important pages first, up to your plan's limit, and you can exclude pages you do not need. For bigger sites, Business reads 500 pages per website and Pro 2,000.
Can I use one plan for several websites?
Each website gets its own agent. Agents per plan: Starter 1, Business 3, Pro 10.
What if I only want to try it on my site first?
Starter is monthly with no contract: try it for a month and cancel if it is not for you. Your conversations and leads stay in your account.
